Bookham Court is approached along Bookham lane, signposted off the B3143, between Alton Pancras and Buckland Newton. The right hand turning into Bookham Court has good visibility. Low cars will need to drive with care as there is a small hump in the driveway. The car park is gravel, leading onto tarmac paths outside all the cottages. The level garden is to the rear of the cottages. There is a games room next to Great Coombe for use by all the guests. There is a ramp leading up to double doors into the games room, where there are children’s toys and table tennis and snooker table. Guide dogs or assistance dogs are welcome in the cottages.
Great Coombe and Crowthorne both have a downstairs bedroom and shower/wetroom with grab rails and are suitable for wheelchair users (M2). The Wagon House is all on one level with a wetroom suitable for part-time wheelchair users. This wetroom is smaller than Great Coombe and Crowthorne and has a grab rail beside the shower. (Please contact Nicola for more details and room sizes.)

There is a grab rail beside the shower and a shower stool.
