This luxury Barn conversion is furnished to a very high standard, combining  modern comforts in a traditional setting.  The spacious open plan ground floor is ideal for family/group gatherings, as well as a bedroom/wetroom suitable for the disabled.  Crowthorne holiday cottage is separate from Bookham Court but the games room and wildlife lake may be used by all the cottages.

Ground Floor:

• Spacious open plan sitting room with wooden floors and underfloor heating.  The sitting area has 3 sofas and an armchair, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
• A dining table seats up to 10 guests.
• The kitchen has a range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
• The ground floor twin bedroom has an en-suite shower/wet room, suitable for the disabled, with grab rails, emergency bell and shower chair. The twin can be joined at the base to make a super king bed (please request).

First floor:

• Two double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms (hand held shower on the taps)
• Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room

Additional information:

• Crowthorne Cottage has a large enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture & BBQ.
• High chair/cot/stair gate on request
• Linen, towels, electric and Wi-fi included in the price
• Games room and wildlife lake situated at Bookham, 1/3rd mile walk
• Maximum 2 dogs accepted at an additional cost of £30/dog  (we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage)
• Ample parking for 3 or 4 cars on gravel driveway
• Most mobile phones work at Crowthorne but unfortunately there are some that don’t.  EE is the best as there is a mast close by
• Additional £10 per night per guest for over 8 guests (not including under 2’s)
