Great Coombe cottage has a spacious sitting room with French windows onto the patio, wooden floors, Inglenook fireplace, wood burner, underfloor heating, Smart TV & Wi-Fi.  This holiday cottage is also ideal for disabled guests.  The games rooms adjoins this cottage.

The cottage includes:

• Kitchen – Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer & washing machine
• Spacious sitting/dining room with 3 sofa’s and views from patio doors
• Ground floor twin/zip and link bed with shower/wet room suitable for the disabled, with grab rails, emergency bell and shower chair. Additional full size pull out bed for an extra guest and TV (please request zip and link or pull out bed).
• First floor double bedroom with 4’6 bed, en-suite shower & balcony
• A further double bedroom
• Twin bedroom
• A family bathroom
• Under floor heating
• High chair/cot/stair gate available on request
• Patio with garden furniture, bbq and shared garden
• Shared Games room (adjoining cottage), wildlife lake & farm walks

• Maximum of 2 dogs accepted at an additional cost of £30 per dog (We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage)
• Parking for 3 cars on a gravel driveway.
• Additional £15 per night per guest for over 8 guests (not including under 2’s)
• Most mobile phones work at Bookham but unfortunately there are a few that do not.
