Booking, Availability and Prices of our Dorset Holiday Cottages

To book please enter your preferred dates in the ‘Check Availability’ form to the right or bottom of this page. If the cottage you require is not showing as available, please put in another date as at present only the ‘Hideaway’ ‘future availability’ shows when all cottages are booked that week (or check the calendar on our individual cottage pages).
A 25% deposit is requested by debit or credit card via our ‘Free to book’ booking system, with the balance payable 42 days before arrival.
If you prefer not to book on line, please contact us and we will make arrangements. You may also pay by BACs or cheque if you prefer.
Our holiday cottage bookings are ‘Friday to Friday’, although out of season we do offer short breaks, either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. If the dates show as unavailable please check that you have put a Friday/Monday start date and the correct number of days, ie 7, 3 or 4.

What is included in the price?
Our prices are inclusive of Linen, towels, electricity, water and wi-fi. Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request at no extra cost.
Dogs are accepted (max of 2, unless otherwise arranged) at a cost of £30 per dog per week or part week (we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottages unless in a crate or allowed on the furniture/beds).
£15 or £10 per person per night is charged for more than eight guests in Great Coombe or Crowthorne, over 4 guests in the Wagon House or Little Coombe (not including under 2’s).
The balance payment will be requested by debit/credit card through ‘Freetobook’. Please let us know if you would prefer to pay by BACS or cheque.
We suggest that guests take out insurance in case of cancellation. Monies will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the cottage.
COVID 19 Please be reassured that if we are required by the Government to close the holiday cottages due to Covid 19, we will refund your payment or offer you another date
